Woman-Centred Coaching Programs
Women are rising but being held back at the same time
The world is changing on an exponential level. There is something unprecedented and historic that is happening for millions of women on the planet right now. There is an unprecedented level of connectedness and complexity; the nature of work is relationships are changing; everything is being disrupted and re-created at a new level.
According to Time Magazine “We are on the brink of a massive power shift, a grinding of the gears of history into a new condition in which women, if they choose, can seize the reins of economic control”.
Women as a group are now primed to step forward to be catalysts for change and transformation on a global level. Never before have women had so much power and possibility, women still use only a fraction of their potential, at work, in leadership and relationships.
Women are being held back by an invisible force that is not being addressed in existing approaches. There is a power paradox that, on the one hand women are rising in many ways, and on the other hand, women are being held back by hidden power blocks many of which are internal and invisible.
What is a Woman-Centred Approach?
There are very few organisations, coaches or facilitators who deeply understand women's unique developmental challenges and opportunities and can provide solutions that create the spaces needed for women to actualise, transform and grow.
I know you are a creative, talented and gifted woman with accomplishments to be proud of and at the same time, you might be feeling a painful and confusing gap between your greater potential and the ability to realise it.
This struggle is collective and not a personal failure on your part!
Led by Dr Claire Zammit, Woman-Centred Coaching is a dynamic, growth-oriented relationship that creates a container for women to tap into their deeper potentials, as well as to question and release limiting assumptions, beliefs, and ways of being.
This process helps you expand your meaning-making frames and catalyses new ways of being, which leads to the cultivation of new skills and capacities, and transform your experience of life.
It addresses the barriers on a level of identity women tend to experience:
Shame: an underlying belief about self/others/life that holds you back from reaching your full potential
Lack and scarcity mindset
Isolation: the experience of being alone, not knowing how to ask and receive support
Coaching Programs
Coaching has been traditionally focused on supporting individuals and organisations to set goals, create plans, formulate next steps and achieve results. These foundational skills have been valuable and have set a foundation for us to build upon, however, it assumes that clients already have access to their full potential or awareness of the inner blocks.
A Woman-Centered approach creates space for the kind of learning and development that leads to a transformation of underlying meaning-making frames. It necessitates the cultivation of new ways of being that enable women to show up in ways that manifest a new story and possibilities, particularly at the level of self-actualisation.
